Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of sphaeralucis.com and to any session, class, program or product you book or buy from Sphaera Lucis Reiki & Crystal Healing (“Sphaera Lucis”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, or booking or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

Our services

We offer holistic wellness services, including energy healing sessions, intuitive and tarot guidance, space cleansing, classes, and personalized guides and programs. Some services are provided by independent practitioners, who are named on the relevant service page.

Important health notice

Our sessions, classes, readings and guides are complementary wellness practices. They support relaxation, self-reflection and wellbeing.

• They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, or prescribe or advise on medication.
• They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, mental health professional, lawyer or financial adviser. Please keep following the advice of your healthcare providers.
• Before a session, please tell us about any health condition that may be relevant, such as pregnancy or a recent injury or surgery.
• Readings and guides offer reflection and perspective. They do not predict fixed outcomes. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
• If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services or the National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline (1553) right away.

Who can use our services

You must be 18 or older to book or buy from us. We provide services to anyone under 18 only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Bookings

• You can book through our website, which uses Calendly for scheduling, or through partner platforms such as ClassPass. Bookings made through a partner platform are also subject to that platform’s terms.
• Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and payment is complete, where payment is required.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may need to end at its scheduled time.
• For online sessions, please join from a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection. If a session is affected by problems on our side, we will reschedule it at no cost.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are shown on our website and at checkout.
• We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect bookings or orders that are already confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Session packages are for the purchaser’s own use, unless transferred with our agreement (see “Gifts and transfers”).

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Sessions

• You can reschedule a session if you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment, by emailing hello@sphaeralucis.com.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, the session is counted as used.
• Confirmed sessions and packages can be rescheduled but are not refundable.

Classes

• Once you have booked and paid for a class, you can move to another available class date. Class fees are not refundable.
• Reiki Level 2 is open only to students who completed Reiki Level 1 with Sphaera Lucis and have practised for at least one month by the class date.

Space cleansing

• We confirm the price, date and scope of each visit in writing before the visit. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Personalized guides and digital products

• Personalized guides, such as Your Energetic Blueprint and Your Pattern Signature, are made by hand for one person. Once you have submitted your details and paid, all sales are final.
• Digital guides are delivered by email within the time stated on the product page. Printed booklets are delivered to the address you provide within the time stated on the product page.

If we need to cancel

• If we have to cancel a session, class or visit, we will reschedule it to a new date that works for you.
• If we cannot deliver a product you paid for, we will refund you.
• If there is a problem with a printed product when it arrives, please contact us and we will look into it.

Your legal rights

• Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Gifts and transfers

You can give a session as a gift or transfer it to someone else. After booking, email hello@sphaeralucis.com with your name and booking email, and the full name and email of the person receiving the session. We will contact them with the details.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Using our website

Please use our website lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Intellectual property

Our website content, class manuals, handouts, guides, recordings and other materials belong to Sphaera Lucis or our licensors. They are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them without our written permission.

Testimonials and feedback

If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. We will only publish it with your first name and last initial, unless you agree otherwise. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Third-party services and links

Our website uses and links to services run by others, such as Calendly, our payment provider, ClassPass, Google Meet and Zoom. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website, with its “Last updated” date, applies to bookings and orders made from that date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled by the proper courts of Makati City.
