Reiki 1 is a doorway back to yourself.
This class focuses first on personal healing and growth. You’ll learn to tune into Universal Life Energy, practise self-healing and nurture your emotional, mental and physical balance.

Learn with Aileen Javier
Aileen is a Reiki Master-Teacher attuned to Usui Shiki Ryoho and Angelic Reiki. She is an active energy healing practitioner, a certified meditation and breathwork teacher and a certified Advanced Crystal Practitioner.
She is a member in good standing of the Philippine Reiki Council.

Questions, answered
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Reiki 1 is designed for complete beginners.
Is this class for me if I only want to heal myself?
Absolutely. The class is designed first for personal healing and inner growth. You learn to work with Reiki for yourself, and any path beyond that is up to you.
Will I be certified?
Yes. Everyone who completes the class receives a Reiki 1 Certificate of Completion & Attunement.
Can I receive the attunement online?
Yes. Reiki isn’t limited by distance, so an online attunement is just as effective as one in person. For online classes you’ll need a stable internet connection, the Zoom app and a quiet, comfortable space. Contact us to ask about upcoming online dates.
What comes after Reiki 1?
Once you’ve completed Reiki 1 with us and practised for at least a month, you can continue to Reiki Level 2, which introduces the Reiki symbols and distance healing. Planning to do both? The Reiki 1 & 2 bundle is ₱20,288.
