Now, bring your attention to your sacral area, just below your navel. Picture the white light nurturing your creativity and passion. Let it dissolve any stagnant energy or feelings of frustration, allowing a free flow of inspiration and joy.

Finally, see the white light reaching your base or root chakra, grounding you and connecting you with the earth. Feel it releasing any fears or insecurities, replacing them with a deep sense of stability and security.

Take a moment to breathe in this beautiful white light that has filled all of your energy centers. Feel its healing energy spread throughout your entire body, releasing any remaining tension, anxiety, and stress.
